Qualifying was great! First lap of the day was a Pb and then rounded out the session with a couple more. My last lap was probably one of my best ever quali laps... Race 1 was also good, Andre was just way too fast but had a good battle with the guys behind to come out second. Race 2 started off with some ripper battles but the setup just got worse as the laps wore on. Couldn't get the car turned in to the medium speed corners and fell back into a lonely 4th. OoCR are looking great for teams championship! Looking forward to my last ever MNR event next week

Had a 24 lap tussle with E-Man. Good fun when you're both very evenly matched on lap times. It all came down to one little slide you got under the bridge and then track position was king Thought you had me once on the long back straight, there was going to be 2mm between us at the bottle-neck, I think you could have made it I seemed to find an extra 0.5s per lap in the final stages to finally break free. Sorry to Slyda for our crash. I saw you hit the wall and thought I needed to pass to avoid you. I thought we were going to be parallel under braking, but you turned in earlier than expected, forcing me to turn hard left to avoid contact, but it was too late. Protest it if you must.

In other news, I've finished 3rd in all four races so far this series.
Good battles last night with Tiptop, Slyda & Glen in my attempts to minimise the OoCR domination. Andre just disappeared every time.

Had a great night last night good to be up the pointier end for a change Qualified in 8th and finished there in both races. Managed to keep up with Pete & Eman in the first with a determined Zarrac chasing. The first 6-7 laps of the second where spend chasing down a very hard to pass Russell after a ran wide. Unfortunately I cooked my clutch in the process and had to back off but bloody good fun Thanks Cabby & Zarrac and GON see you all for the next one!!

Pity Ren couldn't make it, I was looking forward to racing hard to try to beat him, as I think he would have had the edge over me in pace. Glezzzzza wrote: Taking my motorsport marketing and management company over to England. Flying out on the 28th Sounds awesome. Good luck.

Qual: Less said about the better! Ran two different sets because I was still coming to grips with the combo, only managed 20th.
Race 1: Had a dream start, making up 4 or 5 places in the first lap. From there it was a long battle with Doso, who had the legs on me and just kept getting faster but couldn't make it stick. Thoroughly enjoyable race and managed 13th and the highest climber.
Race 2: Had another cracking start, quickly resuming my battle with Doso. Was chasing down a top 10 result at one stage until I got it all wrong all on my own at the fast corner under the bridge. Apologies to anyone who got caught up in my mess, all I could do was stay still and hope everyone would miss me. From there I had major damage, but decided to salvage what I could without pitting and was faced with 11 laps without a right front shock.
Amazingly, the car actually handled pretty well, and I managed to even equal my qualifying lap at one stage. My nemesis of the night Doso who pitted mistakenly was quickly catching me, setting PB after PB but I managed to just hold him off to the end and got a disappointing but credible 14th.
Thanks to Zarrac and the boys for running the night, any news on Cabby?
